About Run with Tina instructors

 

Run with Tina instructors are more than just fully qualified fitness professionals – on top of that, they are fun and entertaining, passionate about Feel Good Fitness and inspiring complete beginners, experts at motivating people (without shouting and putting your down) and they are all passionate about healthy lifestyles – not just running and exercise.

They might not be marathon runners or ex-athletes but, more importantly, they are real people with real lives and it’s challenges, which means that they are able to relate to our clients’ busy lifestyles and the challenges that come with that. 

Many of our instructors were complete beginners themselves not long ago and transformed their lifestyles from couch potatoes to fitness instructors! They are experienced at working with complete beginners, motivating you and making you feel good about yourself.

All Run with Tina instructors receive continuous training in the Run with Tina Method and are enthusiastic about inspiring more and more women to make positive changes in their lifestyles.

Want to become a Running Made Easy instructor?

We are currently looking for new instructors to teach Running Made Easy beginners’ courses at various locations, especially Marlay Park, D4, South County Dublin and Clontarf in Dublin, as well as Cork and Limerick. We are happy to consider other venues as well!

We believe that everyone is good enough and no one is too unfit to enjoy moving their bodies. We believe that fitness should not hurt – if it does, you’re doing it wrong. We offer women an alternative to diet mentality where the focus is mainly on physical transformation and instead, focus on enjoyment and feeling good every step of the way. We exercise to feel good now, not to change the way our bodies look.

An ideal Run with Tina instructor

  • Is a qualified fitness or health professional with their own insurance
  • Is aligned with our philosophy of Feel Good Fitness
  • Is passionate about inspiring complete beginners to transform their lifestyles and learn to enjoy exercise
  • Understands the importance of mindset and/or is willing to learn more!
  • Is empathetic and able to relate to complete beginners who might be nervous or have low self-esteem
  • Has excellent people skills; loves talking and spending time with women

This job is more about personality and people skills than qualifications and experience – you will receive full training in the Run with Tina method as well as ongoing support and coaching as you start your classes. 

This job is ideal for newly qualified instructors and instructors who themselves have transformed their lifestyles recently.
