Strenghten, Stretch & prevent injuries!
This 90 minute workshop is designed to give you a full body workout that’s going to strengthen and stretch all the key muscles and joints so that you can prevent running injuries and also tone your body!
Gita will take your through a series of fundamental strenght exercises, teaching you correct and safe techniques and modifications where needed. Specific focus is given to the core – strong core prevents lower back and hip injuries and makes running easier; a toned core also improves your posture and makes you feel good! We’ll also work on your pelvic floor, which is important for all women, but especially for runners.
The workshop ends with a nice long stretch and you’ll go home with a quick 5 minute daily workout to continue to tone and strengthen your body at home – trust us, just 5 minutes a day consistently, will get you great results!
