Just finished Running Made Easy and am delighted to say that it really does make running easy.My main aim was to improve my breathing as I went along and with the breathing exercises we were taught, this helped me greatly. I never thought I would say I enjoy running but am delighted that as a result of the course I now do. Would recommend this course to anyone! Maureen

Keep Running is for anyone who has just finished Running Made Easy or can run for 30 minutes nonstop.

Meeting spot: Exact meeting point details will be emailed to you 24hrs before your course starts
Payment: Courses must be paid in full in advance to secure your place.
Drop ins: We cannot accept drop ins as we have limited number of places (20) on each course.
All courses are for women only
Health: You must be in good health to take part. We presume that you have had a recent doctor’s check up and have no injuries. All participants must sign a waiver before taking part.
Refund policy: For full refund you must cancel 24hrs before your course starts. No refunds or transfers can be given for missed classes – please make sure you’re on good health, injury free and have the time to attend classes before you sign up!
Age: You must be 18 to take part. Children aged 15+ can take part with an adult.

Advance booking is necessary as we only have limited places on each course.
