This workshop also includes a postural analysis, which will help you identify what your specific weak spots are so that you can work on them. You’ll also get a quick 5 minute daily workout to continue to tone and strengthen your body at home – trust us, just 5 minutes a day consistently, will get you great results!

Instructor: Una Whelan
Having worked as a Run with Tina instructor for 4 years, Una is our most experienced instructor. She is also a qualified Pilates instructor and teaches several popular classes regularly. While you’ll get a good workout and learn a lot, Una’s classes are always also fun and relaxed.
