What’s this all about?
Our online club is for all female runners anywhere in the world, any level though do keep in mind that we specialise in beginners’ so most of our materials and plans in the club are targeted to those who are just able to run for 30 minutes and up to the 10k level. Our club is fun, relaxed, we don’t take ourselves too seriously and we run because we enjoy it (though there’s no denying it, running is great for burning fat too!).
Our main aim with this club is to keep you moving, keep you motivated and help you learn to enjoy running. We want you to have fun and feel good because we could all do with a bit more fun and feel good vibes, right? Everyone is good enough and as long as you keep moving, no matter how slow, you are doing great.
