As well as being a  qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer, Laura is also a primary school teacher. She loves to run regularly to clear her mind and to keep healthy.

Laura loves to inspire complete beginners through the Running Made Easy course and loves seeing other women develop a love for running. She finds it very rewarding to see the sense of achievement they feel having completed the course, going from unfit to running for 30 minutes.

The 8 weeks flew and the progress was unbelievable, particularly in the later weeks! The biggest learnings for me were about pacing, not treating each run as a sprint endurance challenge, and stretching. I can honestly say I’d no aches or pains after any run.
