About Run with Tina instructors

 

Run with Tina instructors are more than just fully qualified fitness professionals – on top of that, they are fun and entertaining, passionate about teaching complete beginners, experts at motivating people (without shouting and putting your down) and they are all passionate about healthy lifestyles – not just running and exercise. They might not be marathon runners or ex-athletes but, more importantly, they are real people with real lives and it’s challenges which helps them relate to our clients’ busy lifestyles. In fact, most of your instructors were complete beginners themselves not long ago and transformed their lifestyles from couch potatoes to fitness instructors! They are experienced at working with complete beginners, motivating you and making you feel good about yourself.

All Run with Tina instructors receive continuous training in the Run with Tina Method and are enthusiastic about inspiring more and more women to make positive changes in their lifestyles.
