Well done to everyone who finished the 5 mile Simon Fun Run in October. It was a lot of fun and between us, we raised over €2,000 for Dublin Simon Community. Here’s Karina (in the pink t-shirt), who only started running in August, sprinting towards the finish line:

This Summer’s Star Runners

Just two weeks after completing the 8-week Running Made Easy course, Gillian and Claire, neither of whom had done any aerobic exercise before starting the course, took part in the St James’ Liberties Fun Run. They both completed the 6.5k race in a very respectable 40 minutes and, more importantly, they enjoyed every step of the run, even the hills! Well done girls and see you at the Simon Fun Run in October!
