    Hi Tina

Your flier dropped on my lap this morning and being a couch potato I found it really interesting!

I’d really love to do your beginners running course, however I’m currently doing an evening course Tuesdays and Thursdays till the end of August, which clearly means that I wouldn’t be able to join the one you have coming up next week.

In the meantime (because I really have to start getting fit!) could you tell me a little more about your personal training rates?) I am overweight but working on it (I’ve lost 3 stone in the last year). Where are you based? Do you do early morning sessions (am not good early mornings but it might be the only way I can get started on this!).

Anyway. I’d be grateful for any more information you might have…or if you think I could get into your running in September…let me know!!

    Kind Regards
    Angelia Fox

      Hi Angelia
There is another course starting in september. It’ll be Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and probably start around mid-Sept. I have lots of people on the waiting list for that one already (whereas August course is quieter – everyone seems to be on holidays!)
I’ll send you an email with more details.
