Run with Tina offers fitness classes and private training for women across Dublin. Whether you want to run your first 5k, lose weight, or simply find a new way to be healthier, Run With Tina can make running a fun, satisfying, and injury-free experience. Run with Tina was founded by Tina Murphy, a Dublin based personal trainer, yoga practitioner, a mother and a health enthusiast. Read more about Tina 

All our instructors are qualified fitness professionals who enjoy running and are experienced in working with beginners in particular. All instructors have been trained in the Run with Tina method by Tina Murphy. Read more about our instructors.

 

The Run with Tina method has been developed over two years with the help of some amazingly talented people such as Jett Horzowski and Sibylle Dallman – more information about contributors to come soon.
