MINI MARATHON TRAINING: Saturday mornings starting 20th March, 10.30am, €60. You need to be able to run 5k/30 minutes to take part in this class, though you do not need to be fast -  this is a beginners’ class so pace will be slow, about 35min/5k.  email tina@runwithtina.com.

BEGINNERS’ COURSE

Start dates: 15th March - FULL.  10th May - FULL. New courses tbc, please email to get on the waiting list.

Location: Ballsbridge, Dublin 4

Days/times: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 6.30pm

Duration: 8 weeks

Cost: €170

INTERMEDIATE COURSE

**Please note this course is NOT suitable for beginners, regardless of your fitness level, you need to be a regular runner. This is for your own safety.**

Start date: 16th March FULL. New course dates tbc.

Location: Ballsbridge, Dublin 4

Days/times: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6.30pm

Duration: 6 weeks

Cost: €120/€150
